General Information

Slumberland Festival is a 21+ Immersive resort and shuttle experience. ID is required for wristband pick-up. Events will take place rain or shine.

A Slumberland Full Weekend Slumberland Wristband includes access to Thursday night pre-party, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pool parties, and after hours parties each night (subject to capacity limits). 

  • Re-entry is allowed at all parties with proper credentials, subject to capacity. 
  • Slumberland shuttles are complimentary for weekend Slumberland pass holders only and will take you to and from Camping World Stadium.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change.
  • Resort guests will receive an email prior to arrival with all check-in details.
  • All credentials will be picked up onsite day of show

As a reminder, all sales are final, no refunds. Please be aware that Slumberland Festival is not affiliated with any third party ticket sale platforms, is not able to recommend platforms, nor will be held liable for issues with tickets that are purchased outside of our official ticketing platforms or directly from another customer.

Hours of Operation

  • Slumberland programming kicks off Thursday, November 10th at 10pm - 5am.
  • Pool Parties Hours will take place from 11am - 4pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • After Hour programming will run from 12am - 5am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
  • Thursday, November 10th Box Office Hours: 12pm (noon) - 5am.
  • Box Office hours will begin 1 hour before all scheduled events and will remain open until each event's completion.

Resort Check-In

  • Check-In begins Friday, November 11th at 8am, guests may check into their rooms as rooms become available. However, rooms are not guaranteed until 4pm.
  • To ensure a smoother arrival process we recommend guests add on a "Thursday Early Arrival”. This will allow guests to arrive a day earlier, to attend the Slumberland Pre-Party and allow for a more relaxing weekend.
  • Thursday Early Arrival guests are able to check-in as rooms become available beginning at 12pm (noon). However, rooms are not guaranteed until 4pm.
  • If you decide you would like to arrive on Wednesday, a “Wednesday Early Arrival” will include both Wednesday & Thursday Night.

Event Covid Policy

Slumberland follows all state and local COVID protocols. Guests are encouraged to get tested before arriving at the resort and to stay home if COVID infection or exposure is suspected. Should event COVID policies change, all patrons will be notified via email and update to Slumberland social media channels (@SlumberlandFestival).

Where and when do I pick up my wristbands?

Slumberland’s box office will be located inside the lobby of the Avanti Palms Resort beginning Thursday, November 10th at 4 PM. Guests may only pick up their assigned wristband after signing the events liability waiver. Guests are required to show a valid ID for 21+ verification. Guests not staying on-site who have purchased single event tickets will need to visit the box office for access to each event.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the resort charge a resort fee?

While the resort does charge a $13.75 resort fee per room, per night. We take this cost on for your convenience.

Is there an incidental charge for the hotel room?

When you arrive at the hotel, you will need a credit or debit card to cover a $50 refundable incidental charge for damages to the room (this does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package). If no damages have occurred in the room this deposit is refunded. You may also bill items back to your room which will utilize this deposit. If your bill is greater than the deposit you will be subject to those additional charges. 

Does the Resort Package come with access to the parties?

Yes, room packages including weekend Slumberland passes include access to ALL events onsite.

Do Weekend Slumberland Passes come with a room at the Avanti?

No, if you purchase a weekend Slumberland pass, this does not include a room. If you are looking for a room please visit our ticketing page and select the room package of your choice. 

Looking to extend your weekend stay?

If you are looking to extend your stay through Monday or even Tuesday, you can do so by purchasing a Monday Extended Stay or Tuesday Extended Stay. This will give you time to rejuvenate, relax pool side, or explore any of the amazing parks Orlando has to offer. Extend your stay through Tuesday night and save.

Is Thursday early arrival per person or per room?

Thursday early arrival is per room, not per attendee. 

Is VIP per person or per room?

VIP Upgrades must be purchased per person and require you to first have a full weekend Slumberland pass. 

Where can I request an accessible room?

I purchased a room at the Avanti Palms from the hotel's website or a 3rd party website, will I still be able to stay onsite?

No. If you have made a reservation through a website other than the official Slumberland ticketing platform (Festicket or EventBrite) your reservation will be canceled and you will be displaced to another area hotel.

Can I send a package to the resort?

Yes! Packages may only arrive the week of the event. Additional fees may be applied if packages are received before Monday, November 7th. Please address the package to your first and last name c/o Slumberland Box Office.

What if the event is canceled or gets postponed?

While our policy does state that our events are non-refundable, in the case of a full cancellation a refund will be processed. If the event is postponed, all packages and passes will be transferred to the rescheduled dates automatically. 

I forgot to use my promo code. Can I get a refund and re-add it?

Unfortunately, promo codes must be used at the time of purchase and will not be added after the purchase has been made. All sales are final.

What times are check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 4 pm on Thursday, November 10th for early arrival passholders. Regular check in begins at 4 pm on Friday, November 11th, 2022. All guests must be checked out by 11 am Monday, November 14th.

Is parking provided at the resort?

Parking is available for registered resort guests only. Non-resort guests will be advised to park off-site at an approved location or are asked to rideshare to the property. 

How often do the shuttles run to Camping World Stadium?

Shuttles will depart the Avanti as they fill and are scheduled to depart hourly from Friday through Sunday beginning at noon with the last shuttle departing the Avanti at 5pm. Slumberland is not responsible for those guests who miss the scheduled shuttle times. 

When do the shuttles begin to depart Camping World Stadium?

Shuttles will begin to line up a little after 10pm and will begin returning to Slumberland as they fill. 

How can I add the Early Arrival or Extended Stay option to my package? Am I able to add these options after package purchase?

You can add on the extra days or VIP admission at any time on our ticketing page under add ons. Please book your extra nights under the same name as your Room Package.

Can I pick up all of the wristbands for my group?

No. Each registered guest must pick up their own wristband on arrival at the Avanti.

Can our room be next to our friend's room? Can they be connected?

Connecting rooms are rare, but we will do our best to put you next, or as close as possible, to your friends. For a better chance at being next to a friend, we suggest that you both show up to check-in together and as early as possible. This is only applicable if you and your friend have purchased similar room packages.

What if I change my mind and don't want my package or can no longer attend Slumberland?

All packages are non-refundable. However, if you would like to transfer the room package you can do so with a transfer fee as detailed below: 

  • Before October 1st 2022 - $45.00
  • After October 1st 2022 - $75.00
  • The last day to transfer a room package is November 1st, 2022.
  • These fees are subject to change upon resort sellout.

Ticket Transfers Fees:

  • Before October 1st 2022 - $15.00
  • After October 1st 2022 - $25.00
  • The last day to transfer a ticket is November 1st, 2022.

If you would like to make a ticket transfer, email us at info@slumberlandfestival.com stating that you are interested in transferring your pass or package. Include the confirmation number and who you would like to transfer the pass or package to. Make sure the purchaser is cc'd on the email and that you include the purchaser's phone number and age. Once the fee has been paid and the email has been received, we can finalize the transfer into the new name. 

What if I want to transfer my package but I have a payment plan?

If the package you purchased was purchased on a payment plan and is not fully paid off we cannot transfer your package yet. You will need to fully pay off your package and then we can move forward with the transfer.

Are my friends able to visit the resort and hang out with me without purchasing a Weekend Slumberland Pass?

No. All guests must purchase either a room package or weekend Slumberland pass to spend time at the resort.

Is any food included when we purchase a room package?

No, food is not included in any Room Packages. All rooms will have refrigerators so you are welcome to bring snacks for your room. However, we do provide an in-house brunch for all VIP guests.

When do alcohol sales end at Slumberland?

Due to local ordinances we are required to end alcohol sales at 2 am.  With a 1:45 am last call. 

What is the Slumberlands camera policy?

Only approved media will be allowed to use detachable lens cameras throughout the venue. Guests are welcome to bring personal use (non-detachable lens) cameras for use in rooms and common areas but not in main venue areas. Slumberland Festival is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

I am a DJ and would love to play Slumberland. Are there any more spots for this year?

We are working with our friends over at Opnr music to fill performance slots throughout the weekend. Please create a profile there and stay tuned for ways to submit yourself for consideration beginning in March.

Can we bring our own drinks to the pool deck?

No. Outside food and drinks will not be allowed to enter the main event areas, however, our bar menus will be curated with fan favorites and classic cocktails for your enjoyment.

What type of food options will be available?

We are currently curating an on-site food menu, this information will be updated as soon as it is available. Please note that menus may change without notice.

Slumberland Festival Refund Policy

All events are non-refundable at the point of purchase – below are the exceptions/details:

Postponement: If the event is postponed, all tickets will be honored for the new dates. In the event you are not able to make the new dates; there will be a refund request window opened up that will be directly sent to all guests via all valid emails at the point of purchase, each event is different and will have the window open during a certain time. At that time you may put in a refund request and get a 100% refund. After that, the non-refundable policy will be back in effect.

Cancellation: In the event that the event is 100% canceled and not postponed – guests will get a guaranteed 100% full refund including service fees
